Hand picked from the best vineyard parcels this wine has been produced from a collaboration of Gooree Park fruit and the exceptional talent of both Tim Stevens and Jacob Stein. Deep ruby red in colour with bursts of black current and black cherry, intermingled spice notes of cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves. Aged for 12 months in new grain French and American oak, this wine exhibits a beautiful finish and smooth palate structure. Produced to drink now or will cellar for a further 10 to 15 years.
